Account and deletion

With the app installed, go to settings and request account deletion. You have up to 30 days to revoke your request. For more information, check our Terms of Use.

If you do not have access to the app, request account deletion at support@koitapp.com from the same email the account was created with. Please also list the telephone number used during sign-up, as it may be used to verify your identity.

Privacy and data

For privacy and data-rights requests, use the DPONet privacy channel linked from Privacy & Transparency.

For direct support, email support@koitapp.com. Support is available only in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Users who are not subject to Brazilian data privacy laws may send legal notices to legal@koitapp.com.
