- Account deletion instructions: with the app installed, go to settings and request account deletion. You have up to 30 days to revoke your request. For more information, check our Terms of Use. If you do not have access to the app, you may request account deletion at support@koitapp.com from the same email the account was created with. Please also list the telephone number used during sign-up, as it may be used to verify your identity.
Trust features
Koit includes MFA for logins, PIN/biometric app lock to help protect privacy if someone else picks up your phone, trusted friends, selected contact import, and notifications.
Ads transparency
Koit may show ads, which helps cover the app’s operational costs. Detailed information about data and privacy choices is in the Privacy Policy.
Data you enter
Koit does not sell user-inputted data to third parties. When applicable, ads may be personalized only if the user consents during first app access or another clear consent flow.
