ANPD (Brazil)
Koit and Brazil's National Data Protection Agency (ANPD, Brazil) have separate channels. Here is which to use.
Want to exercise your rights?
The Privacy Center forms are under maintenance. In the meantime, send your request or question to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@koitapp.com. You do not need a Koit account.
Want to petition the ANPD (Brazil)?
Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Art. 18 §3 and Art. 55-J V) and the guidance of the National Data Protection Agency (ANPD, Brazil) provide that a data subject's petition is preceded by a request to the controller. If your request to Koit is not resolved, you can petition the ANPD through its official service and use the protocol, messages or emails as proof of the earlier contact. The ANPD does not accept anonymous data subject petitions. Complaints about LGPD violations are a different type of request, with their own rules described by the ANPD. Koit does not file on your behalf and does not control the ANPD's response.
Are you an authority?
The ANPD (Brazil) or another data protection authority that needs to contact Koit should use the channel for authorities. A contact received there does not release any data: Koit confirms its authenticity through an official channel before replying.
